Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction upon pickup:   We want you to love your order. Please inspect your order when picking up.  
What is covered:  If something looks off in your order, email photos to MtSpiritGarden@yahoo.com within 7 days of pickup. We will review and work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.
What isn’t covered:   Because these are living or perishable goods, we can’t be responsible after pickup for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest  damage, plant performance, failure to thrive, or negligence. Buyer assumes all responsibility once the order is delivered.
Refunds, replacements, and returns:
  • If a replacement plant is deemed necessary, after review and approval, a like plant will be available for pickup, and return of the plant at issue.
  • We don’t offer refunds or replacements after 7 days after pickup.
All plants are packed in sturdy, disposable trays for pickup.  Proper care should be taken when conveying plants to your destination, as Mountain Spirit Garden is not liable for damage during transport.
